People and Culture Kuwait (PACK) was born from a simple but powerful realisation: that the people shaping workplace culture in Kuwait needed a space of their own. Across the country, a community of passionate HR and culture leaders were doing remarkable work within their organisations; yet there was no shared home where their collective expertise could come together, spark conversation, and drive change at a broader level. So, we built one. PACK was founded by a group of like-minded leaders who saw the opportunity to be greater than the sum of their parts, uniting around a shared belief that people are the heartbeat of every successful organisation.

We came together with a clear sense of purpose: to elevate the conversation around people and culture in Kuwait, to share what we know, challenge what we assume, and inspire those around us to think differently about the way organisations can and should treat their people.
