Why this workshop exists

This session zooms in on the piece most culture programmes skip: personal purpose. When people can name what drives them — not just recite the company's purpose statement — alignment, belonging and agility follow. Participants leave with their own personal purpose statement, tested and ready to carry into their work.

Who's it for?

This session is built for people leaders, team managers, and anyone who wants their work to feel like more than a job:

- Your team can recite the company purpose but can't connect it to their own everyday work
- You want a practical, guided way to help people rediscover what drives them at work
- Engagement looks fine on paper, but something intrinsic is missing — people are running on reward, not conviction
- You're an HR or People & Culture lead looking for a ready-to-run session that opens (or reopens) the purpose conversation

What you'll walk away with

By the end of the session, you will:

- Understand why purpose only works when it's in service of others, not self-serving — illustrated with real organisational examples
- Your own personal purpose statement, built live during the session
- Have a simple way to test whether a purpose is real
- See a practical link between personal purpose and career choices, so your work looks different on Sunday morning

How the session works

The half-day session is facilitated, hands-on and built around discussion rather than lecture: short frameworks, real case studies, and guided personal reflection.

Costs

500 KWD for a team of up to 10 people.

When personal purpose lines up with company purpose, motivation stops being something you manage and becomes something people bring with them
